Here are the words from the story and some more on the same topics.
The vocabulary lists always show:
- the word, singular and plural

Sometimes you also find synonyms or antonyms:
- A synonym is a word that has the same meaning.
- An antonym is a word that has the opposite meaning.

- any word or phrase which indicates a particular person, place, class, or thing

(adjective) - Definition:
- very good
- Example:
- Dinner was great.
- excited, more excited, most excited [ɛkˈsaɪtɛd]
(adjective) - Definition:
- having great enthusiasm
- Example:
- He was very excited about his promotion.

(adjective) - Definition:
- of a living being having lived for relatively many years or of an object, concept, relationship, etc., having existed for a relatively long period of time

- She's an old friend. We met when we were 17 years old.

(adjective) - Definition:
- naturally, to indicate enthusiastic agreement, if something is obvious
